  • Speculative Applications
    If you submit a speculative application without applying for a specific job post, we will use the CV as a reference for any potential positions within the Company
  • Specific Job Applications
    If you submit an application as part of a job application for a specific position, we will only use it as a reference for your application for the chosen job post unless you express interest for consideration of other positions within the Company

 

Third-Party Sharing
CVs will not be shared with any third parties without the explicit consent of the candidate.

 

Content Acceptance
The Company does not impose any restrictions on the content of CV submissions. All information provided in the CV will be considered for the application process.

 

Accuracy of Information
By submitting your application, you affirm that the information provided on your CV and in your application is true, accurate, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge and belief.

 

Compliance with GDPR Laws
The Company adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws regarding the handling and processing of personal data provided in the application.

 

Retention Period
In the event that the applicant is unsuccessful, the information provided on this form will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months from the date the candidate is notified of their unsuccessful application. Including:

  • Contact details
  • CVs
  • Application letters or forms
  • References
  • Certificates of good conduct
  • Interview notes
  • Assessment and psychological test results

Expiry of retention period
Once the retention period has expired, the Company will take all reasonable measures to delete personal data to ensure the Company is no longer processing this data. Any deletion of data will take place in a secure manner, ensuring that the confidentiality of the data subject is not breached. This also applies to the deletion of any personal data held within HR systems which results from a data deletion request by the data subject or where required by the exercise of any other right of data subjects in relation to their personal data.

There are no restrictions on who can submit a CV through our website. All applicants are welcome to apply for available positions.
