The Amiosec team experienced a fantastic away day at the stunning De Vere Tortworth Court in Wooten Under Edge where the Team Building Company created a Formula 1 Challenge for us to enjoy. Supplied with a pre-designed chassis which was the starting block for our cars we then blueprinted a bodywork design which we built and branded. The Grand Finale was the head to head team relay and pit stop challenge with ‘Braking Badly’ winning the event. The event combined creative design and raw competition to create a hugely enjoyable day and a great team building experience. Amiosec organise team away days around twice a year as an opportunity to get to know eachother away from the office and welcome new employees.
We strongly believe these events contribute to a greater appreciation of team members’ diverse strengths and attributes, increases trust within the team and a sense of pride and belonging within the Company.
