Many of us at Amiosec have worked in larger organisations and so we understand the benefits and challenges for talented engineers working in such environments. At Amiosec we believe we offer something different; our staff work in small multi-disciplined teams and there is an opportunity to see the entire development right through from the bidding phase to delivery. Staff feel truly involved with helping to deliver the best solutions, meeting and interacting with customers where possible.

environment
We offer a relaxed and informal working environment where teamwork and collaboration are key. In the spirit of doing things differently we have a company breakout space with our very own pool table and we often get together late Thursday afternoon to catch up and discuss the week’s hot topics! Our dress code ranges from smart casual in the office, to formal when meeting customers or representing the company externally.

Instead we recognise that people like to learn and absorb information in diverse ways and therefore we look to identify and provide training and development relevant not only to their work but also their personal interests and preferred learning methods.
